Include the page address and a short description of the question. For a factual correction, identify the disputed detail and describe the evidence you believe should replace it. A public source or a description of a visible screen is more useful than a broad claim that a page is wrong.

Tell us the device, browser and action you attempted. If a local note disappears, say whether private browsing, blocked storage or cleared site data may be involved. Do not send passwords, full payment details or explicit content.
